As I was teaching some clothing words in Spanish today, a little boy raised his hand.
"Yes, David."
"If I were gloves, I'd be shy."
"You would? Why?"
"I don't know," as he turns beet red.
"Are you shy now?"
"No."
Even weirder is that we had just learned the word for coat and had not even gotten to gloves yet. Who knows what goes through those little minds.
