Here's what you do for the nice looking link:
Type the word you want it to read. Then highlight it. There's an icon that looks like a blobby green dot with the infinity symbol over it on the toolbar. Click that. A box will pop up asking for hyperlink information. The first field should read HTTP:
Just paste/type the url in the second field and hit OK. It will take care of all the code for you!
