One of the most talented ladies I know made these adorable cupcakes!! and they were YUMMY!They are just normal chocolate cupcakes. But she mixed the icing with yellow food coloring and a little bit of cocoa powder. Then she covered the cupcake with the icing, layered on some M&Ms and piped on the criss cross pattern. So cute!!
